SF Beer Week 2015 is upon us!
Here's a few of the events we have lined up:
Saturday 2/7: Barrel-Aged Beer Fest. 5pm
Last year this was our favorite event of the entire week so this year we're going to try and top ourselves. The list of beers we have lined up covers all the facets of barrel aging beers from sours, to Farmhouse, to decadent Imperial Stouts. Some of the producers are:

Brasserie des Frainche Montaignes (BFM)
Special Cascade "Meet the Brewer" Pre-Party in the Back Bar! 3:30pm
We are fortunate to have Cascade bringing down 5 kegs of beers only available in their tasting room. So, we've decided to have a small gathering before the main event where we'll pour the beers as a flight and have the brewer on hand to discuss them. Sour-beer-friendly snacks will also be served. This is a ticketed event and space is very limited. TIckets are $30 and must be purchased in advance at our online store HERE
Thursday 2/12: Crab Boil and meet-the-brewer
with Fort Point Brewery.
When such a fine brewery from San Francisco comes over to pour their beers it only makes sense to have some fresh dungeness to accompany their brews. Thursday evening we'll be on the patio with our crab crackers, mallets and a whole lot of Old Bay.
Friday 2/13: Trappist Classics
This Friday we're going back in time to the days when our taps were full of Trappst and Belgian beers. We'll be tapping many of the old favorites (some we haven't had on in years!) and as many kegs of Trappist beers as we can get our hands on. And by the way, we did get our hands of the rarely seen in the States Westmalle Dubbel in keg. We'll tap the kegs in the morning and they'll be flowing all day.
Saturday 2/14: Japan Beer Fest with Umami Mart and Abura Ya
Once again we're going to fill our taps and coolers with as many Japanese craft beers as we can find. So far we have kegs from Baird, Minoh, Harvest Moon, Hitachino, and Shiga. Our friends at Abura-Ya will be serving up their amazing fried chicken while our neighbors Umami Mart will have some of their wares
and tasty snacks for sale on the patio. It all starts at noon so come early and stay late.
